We offer free pickup for customers in South Jersey with 5 or more tapes. Once you submit your quote request, we'll schedule a convenient time to pick up your tapes directly from your home or office.

Mail-In Service
If you're outside our local pickup area, you can mail your tapes to us. Simply package them securely and ship to:

Shipping Costs
- Shipping to us: Carrier of your choice (i.e. typically $10-$20 via USPS Priority Mail)
- Return shipping: Included in your service total (shipped and insured via USPS Priority Mail)
How to Package Your Tapes Safely
- Use a sturdy box: Select a box that allows 2-3 inches of padding on all sides
- Wrap each tape individually: Use bubble wrap or newspaper around each tape
- Fill empty space: Use packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or crumpled paper to prevent movement
- Include a note: Write your name, phone number, and email on paper inside the box
- Seal securely: Use quality packing tape on all seams
- Label clearly: Write "FRAGILE" on the outside of the box
Shipping Recommendations
- Always use tracking: USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx with tracking number
- Consider insurance: For valuable or irreplaceable tapes, purchase shipping insurance ($50-100 coverage typically costs $2-5)
- Save your receipt: Keep your tracking number until you receive confirmation of delivery
- Recommended carriers: USPS Priority Mail (most economical), UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground
⚠️ Important: While we handle all tapes with extreme care, we are not responsible for tapes lost or damaged during shipping. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for irreplaceable memories.
We'll notify you: As soon as your tapes arrive, and again when they're ready to ship back!

- Digital Download: Free - We'll send you a secure download link
- USB Flash Drive (16GB): $10 - Delivered / shipped with your original tapes
- DVD Burning: $8 per disc - Delivered / shipped with your original tapes
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days from when we receive your tapes. Rush service available upon request for an additional fee.
Note: Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Please allow 2-5 business days for mail transit each way.
